If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order number to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Item

  Place the product in its original Braun packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to your nearest authorized courier drop-off point. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
